Rivergum Premium Meats is a family owned and operated business which opened in November 2007. The family members are long term Territorians with a committment to bringing quality products and services to the Northern Territory.

Rivergum Premium Meats offers a premium range of Beef, Lamb and Pork products and smallgoods including; cooked and fresh Continental sausages, freshly smoked Rivergum Ham, Bacon, Kassler and Speck. We pride ourselves on our inhouse smokehouse and use Redgum wood chips to give our smallgoods that delicious smokey flavour. Our smokehouse is the only one currently operating in Darwin.
